It perfectly fits our needs for long-distance road trips and fits snugly on the center console of our Ford Explorer (see pic). Also, with the screen swiveled all the way around, it keeps the kids from being able to "accidentally" press any buttons. The all-plastic housing is both a good and bad thing: it's lightweight... but also feels fragile. You're able to use a USB stick, an SD card, watch DVDs, listen to music, and play games on this thing. I really love the USB feature, I don't really own DVDs however being able to transfer my personal digital collection is definitely a PLUS. You can swivel the screen on either side and comes with a car charging adapter! The video quality is about the same as watching it on a regular DVD player. When playing movies, it's actually quiet and it doesn't heat up bad. The buttons are not that great but it does the job. The build quality is a little cheap for my flavor however this helps it become more portable.
