In reading other comments, I get the impression that many don't read instructions as the controls are more functional than others have stated. Beyond that, I like this little player. It has many things to recommend it: Size, swivel screen, multi-media adaptable, and 5-hr battery playback. Cons: Speaker, when not connected to headphones is inadequate, especially if any ambient noise is also present. A bookmark to return to, when play must be interrupted, would be one feature I'd like to see added.
